Năm 2018, Mạng lưới chuyên gia Việt (The Vietnamese Professionals Network—VNPN*) bắt đầu triển khai Chương trình Cố vấn Nghề nghiệp 1-1 chuyên sâu Premium CAME (P-CAME) kết nối những chuyên gia Việt (Mentor) giúp đỡ các du học sinh Việt (Mentee) trong quá trình tìm việc tại Mỹ trong vòng 6 tháng. Sau 2 năm triển khai, P-CAME trở thành chương Cố vấn Nghề nghiệp phi lợi nhuận dành cho chuyên gia Việt đầu tiên và lớn nhất ở Mỹ, đã giúp hàng trăm Mentees tìm việc thành công theo đúng chuyên ngành học trước hoặc ngay sau khi tốt nghiệp.
Tiếp nối thành công của P-CAME, đầu tháng 11/2019, VNPN tiếp tục cho ra mắt một Chương trình Cố vấn Nghề nghiệp 1-1 mới: Hourly CAME (H-CAME). Điểm nổi bật của chương trình này là Mentee được hệ thống kết nối tự động đến Mentor để giải đáp các câu hỏi liên quan đến hoàn thiện resume, phỏng vấn xin việc, và các nội dung xoay quanh phát triển nghề nghiệp. Thời gian gặp linh hoạt, chỉ kéo dài tối đa 1 tiếng. Đối tượng tham gia: tất cả sinh viên hoặc người đi làm tại Mỹ, đặc biệt là những người không thể cam kết thời gian cho một chương trình cố vấn kéo dài 6 tháng như P-CAME.
Làm sao để đăng ký H-CAME?
Bước 1: Đăng ký làm thành viên tại https://vnpn.co/.
Bước 2:
Mentor: vào account, lựa chọn “Hourly CAME Settings,” bật Mentor Mode và điền thêm thông tin về nghề nghiệp và kinh nghiệm của bạn
Mentee: chọn tab CAME, chọn mục “MAKE A REQUEST Hourly CAME,” và điền thêm thông tin cụ thể về nhu cầu của bạn.

Hourly Career Mentoring ProgramAutomatically Connecting Mentor to Mentee upon Request
Since 2018, the VietNamese Professionals Network (VNPN*) has successfully launched the Premium Career Mentoring Program (P-CAME) that connects Vietnamese professionals (Mentors) to Vietnamese students (Mentee) to support with the job search process through a 6-month standard procedure. After nearly two years of implementation, hundreds of Mentees have successfully secured jobs related to their majors before or right after graduation in the U.S.
Following the success of P-CAME, in November 2019, VNPN will launch another 1-on-1 Career Mentoring program called Hourly CAME (H-CAME). The highlight of this program is that a Mentee will be automatically connected to a Mentor upon request. After accepting the request, the Mentor will help the Mentee address certain questions in regards to their resumé, interviews, and career-related issues. The meeting time is set for one hour. The program targets anyone who has specific job-related requests, and those who are unable to commit to the 6-month P-CAME program.
How to use H-CAME?
Step 1: Register your profile to become a VNPN member at https://vnpn.co/.
Step 2:
For Mentors: click on your profile photo, select Hourly CAME Settings, turn on Mentor Mode and fill in the form with more information about you
For Mentees: click on CAME tab, click on “MAKE A REQUEST Hourly CAME,” and fill in the form with more details regarding your request
